I have bought and sold multiple properties with Mike in the last 3 years. He is is an incredible negotiator. He understands the current market and how that works for an investor. He is not afraid to make an offer. He understands the foreclosure market better than anyone I have worked with in multiple states. In fact I wish he was licensed in Florida to handle my business there. Mike is honest and responsive. Keep in mind with investment properties the commissions are smaller with twice the work. The work does not phase Mike. He keeps at it with gusto.
