Mike was absolutely fantastic. I was a low-end buyer looking for a country property to retire from the Navy to. He took me all over the lower half of the state (including some NC), from Bracey to Appomattox to Emporia, with great humor and energy. Even after my first loan requests were denied and I needed to wait a few months for loan repair, Mike remained engaged and available, and then topped it off by driving all over the state a couple more times! His knowledge of the local market and properties was only eclipsed by his constant good humor and energy. Always quick to respond, often that night (I recall emailing him some questions at 2330 thinking to get a response sometime the next day when I got an immediate response that night). He never pressured me to take a home outside my budget, even counseling against higher priced property in favor of a lower one. If you’re looking for an agent Mike’s your guy. Period.
